This is a 3D printed linear bearing holder designed as a direct replacement for aluminum holders used in many 3D printers. I needed to be able to use LM8UU size linear bearings without disassembling the existing ones, which required a tight push fit. The design should allow for easy filing if necessary. This holder will also significantly reduce mass, resulting in less weight to move around during operation. After testing with printed toothed linear bearings, I noticed a significant reduction in noise levels from my printer.
