This Bearing Assembly is a concept design created specifically for use in a CNC machine, but it also has the potential to be used effectively in a 3D printer. It relies on using 25mm tube, which is both affordable and readily available, as rails, along with 606 bearings. 6mm rod is utilized for supporting the 606 bearings and as a pivot point for the 'Top' component. An M5 cap screw paired with a nylock nut is used for adjustment purposes. 8/8/18 A variant using 608 bearings was added to the design. 16/6/18 All necessary files required to build the CNC machine were included in the package. 22/6/18 Minor adjustments were made to all files. 2/7/18 Further minor changes were implemented in all files.
