linear accelerator
grabcad
The linear accelerator, a particle technology advancement used to cure cancer, is expensive at $1 million per unit. To make it affordable, I plan to 3D print separate pieces using inexpensive nylon or similar materials. A 1/16th scale model will help understand real-size printing and assembly, while features like an extendable arm, rotating system, and tumor-targeting tips boost effectiveness. This 3-week AutoCAD project is a challenge I'd love to conquer more, with measurements available at the provided link; thanks to my teacher Mr. Dubee for bringing this opportunity.
With this file you will be able to print linear accelerator with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on linear accelerator.
