Linealanschlag - Rulerstop

Some people had issues printing the trapezoid threads, so I added a version with regular M14x2 threads. Just in case you think that doesn't work, check out this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNR58DfmLSM It looks like it works perfectly for Ruler 30 * 1.0 mm. Printing that part to produce working threads was a real challenge. Important: To print the threads, your printer must be calibrated really well! Accept the challenge! It's worth the effort after that, your printer will work dimensionally accurate. My calibration sequence is as follows: First, make sure your printer stands on a level subsurface. Next, ensure the ground or subsurface doesn't shake while printing. Then, build and align the printer exactly. After that, tune your PID settings using this guide: http://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M303.html Make sure to have an optimally leveled bed, with at least a first layer without elephant foot. Calibrate your extruder steps and correct it in the firmware or start GCode. Measure the average filament diameter and edit it in your slicer. Calibrate your extrusion multiplier using this guide: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1796601 Finally, calibrate your x/y steps and correct it in the firmware or start GCode using these guides: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2484766 http://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M092.html And don't forget to calibrate your z steps and correct it in the firmware or start GCode using these guides: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2484766 http://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M092.html To find a suitable temperature for your filament, print a Temp Tower and edit your slicer according to this guide: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2493504
