To properly install the rail on the towers, I needed to design a jig that could accurately position the rail in the middle. However, the carriage was too thick for my specific setup, requiring me to create a new version. The screws used to secure the rail to the original plates are M5 size. I also created a custom bracket for the BLTouch sensor. To access these designs, I uploaded the .scad file for the jig, the Fusion360 file for the carriage, and the bltouch bracket.
