When using the Dive Rite Classic Safety Reel, I discovered that this reel has a proclivity for the line to jump over the side of the reel and then become entangled. This line guide slides into the slot on the reel's frame where the line is fed through, and extends the slot towards the reel, significantly reducing the likelihood of line slips. It features two holes on its side that allow fastening of the guide to the frame with cable ties. I manufactured this in TPU, but it should also work effectively when printed in a non-flexible material such as PETG.
