In a couple of the pictures you'll notice the temple is on a plaque and lit up, but you'll notice the model itself is not hollow, it's solid. Here (https://youtu.be/SVWxKN3l6jU) I provide a detailed demonstration on how to print solid models hollow using nothing but Ultimaker Cura. I thought up this method maybe a year ago, tried it out, and was very pleased with the result. Now I'm sharing the technique with all of you. I'm including 3 versions. One with no base, one with a base, and one designed to be a Christmas ornament. The Lindon Utah Temple is currently under construction. I found this resource: https://photogent.com/lindon-utah-temple-model-and-video/ which shows the temple design, and even has a video that rotates around the temple, and I thought, it would be nice to be able to 3D print it. I started asking around, and was redirected to the guy's Frequently Asked Question section where he describes why he's unwilling to provide a 3D printable model for others to use. Using his visualisation of the temple, I modelled the Lindon Utah Temple from scratch (DesignSpark Mechanical is awesome btw). So I just finished it, and am now putting it on Thingiverse for everyone to enjoy.
