Lindham Baby Gate Extension

Lindham Baby Gate Extension

thingiverse

This is an extension to the Lindham stair gate that converts it into a corridor gate rather than a door gate. We often encounter odd-sized doors and instead of paying the additional $29.99 for the metal extra piece, I created this design to allow for equal sides while utilizing the wall in the hallway instead of the door frame. The main goal is to keep the bolt inside the stair gate as much as possible so it maintains its strength if the baby were to wiggle or lean on it. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 20% Hex Notes: I've only used low resolution at 20% infill, with a 1mm floor and ceiling thickness. The part still retains plenty of strength for the intended purpose.
