Lincoln Welder 10 pound spool adapter
thingiverse
I lost the adapter to my Lincoln MIG welder and now I'm in a tight spot. It was glaringly apparent when I tried to install a 10-pound spool of wire that something was wrong. The first version of this thing, I made a critical mistake - I didn't fillet the bottoms of the relief channels or make them deep enough for them to deflect when mounting the wire spool. It snapped off, but a little ABS glue fixed the problem temporarily. On my second iteration, which you see in the photos, the relief channel is neatly filleted and deeper. Anyway, it's almost identical to the original adapter supplied with the welder.
