You can do a search for xuxatwo and find my other Lincoln Log Patterns. One is the full-size version of the standard green roof. I have uploaded the Prusa version that will print 3 at a time. You'll need six total for a fully covered roof. This setup allows you to have a roof over a two-divot Lincoln Log. Check out the pictures, as I've shown how to use them with normal triangle end pieces. Get the Green Roof (STL) and simply shorten the length only by half its current size. The 3-up will print three at a time for your Prusa. Printing was easy using PLA. I'll upload a chimney too, remember the red one? You'll also need that. The filament brand from Amazon was DigiStruct Green PLA Filament 1.75, which looks perfect.
