The curved version dimensions are based on the headstock diameter of my bicycle. It's quite challenging to 3D print the curved shield since it would be much simpler to just form the PLA around a cylinder after printing flat. You can use your hotbed plate to make the flat shield printable. That being said, you will still need the 3D graphic for software, web or printing purposes.
