I've taken this 3D model, originally crafted with Sketchup 8, and converted it to a variety of other 3D formats for maximum versatility. As its native format, it uses the .skp extension, while in 3ds Max 2016 scenes, it utilizes the 3ds Max environment with Vray 3.00 rendering - not my model, but one I've expertly edited to capture its former glory when it held the title of the world's tallest building!
