Anet A8 x-axis belt tensioner Thingiverse

Anet A8 x-axis belt tensioner

Thingiverse Nic_james Free 3D Printable

This is a Remix of Luke_O design , after reading comments discussing breakages after long periods of use, I added small gussets to the base and beefed up the sled . The shaft that the belt wraps around is slightly larger and a wall has been added the full length of the sled to reduce flexibility over all. this all makes it a bit harder to thread the belt around the shaft, so you will need to cut the end of the belt at an angle to help thread it. Credit goes to Luke_O for creating a simple and compact solution to tension the X-Axis belt . it was great to find something that didn't over complicate the problem and didn't need longer belts to install. Thanks Luke_O
