Lin Chong, a fictional character in Water Margin, one of the Four Great Classical Novels in Chinese literature, earns his nickname "Panther Head". He ranks sixth among the 36 Heavenly Spirits and is part of the first third of the 108 Stars of Destiny. Lin Chong wields his trusty weapon, an eight-foot-long Snake Spear, measuring two point four meters in length.
