Lin Black Bulky Bobbin
thingiverse
This is a Lin Black Bulky Bobbin for spinning wheels in an easily printable, modular format. The front end is a single piece with a small insert for the bobbin core. The insert is slightly larger than the core, but it can still fit easily the first time. The back end is divided into three pieces: the main part, whorl1 and whorl2. There's a small recess in whorl2 that makes the two pieces fit together perfectly. Both whorl pieces attach to the "nose" of the back end - it doesn't matter which one goes first. When printing the pieces with a recess (front end, back end main, and whorl2), you'll need basic supports for the overhang. You can also print whorl2 upside down. I printed on an Anet A8 using a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm/layer and 15% infill. The pieces fit together tightly enough that glue wasn't needed, but I'll probably still glue the core and main end pieces just to be sure.
