The following components are required to assemble a 3D printed limit switch assembly suitable for use on a 1/2 inch hex shaft. Materials include two Omron series SS micro switches or equivalent models, one 4-40 x 1/2 inch screw, and one 4-40 nyloc nut. Additionally needed are three #2 x 3/4 inch thread forming screws designed specifically for plastic components, two 2-56 X 1 inch screws, two #2 washers, and two 2-56 nuts.
