Limit Switch / Endstop Mount For OrdBot
thingiverse
Temporarily, I used random screws with an ORD Bot chassis until I found suitable ones for a Printrbot transplant. To mount micro limit switches for all axis on makerslide siderails, I crafted a solution using one M4 screw per switch. The V-roller wheel end nuts hit the switches, providing the necessary alignment. However, this setup might reduce print surface by about 8.5mm for both X and Y axes due to switch positioning constraints. For the required materials, you'll need three 5mm M4 screws, six 12mm M3 screws, and three makerslide M4 T-slot nuts. Note that the orientation of the switch doesn't matter as long as it operates correctly.
