Lily 58 Gasket mount High Profile Case

Lily58 Case, thanks to everyone who gave me feedback while I wasn't able to print it. You should calibrate the horizontal expansion of the printer to make it fit well. Bottom considerations: I would recommend to print the bottom case holes a bit bigger as they are now, it can be done with hole horizontal expansion setting. If you haven't mastered printing thin supports, the bottom with feets is quite useless as I couldn't remove mine. Depending on your usb conection you should consider printing the Elite C version, it differs from the normal one only on the conection cutout and unless you have a narrow usb connector the EliteC one has bigger compatibility. Plate: I included some washers to fit the big holes of the pcb. If your plate is shorter than 5mm due to first layers compression. You can use the second part of the washers to make it taller. You can also add some eva foam or similar to the bottom case where the plate sits to adjust the differences and make it quieter. Top: I recommend printing the top case using bed adhesion. Where's the left half?: For the left half, just mirror the parts, that can be done using your slicer.´ Build instructions in https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=113182 I also added the Fusion360 file if you want to make some modifications. That's only intended for personal use. Also you don need all those screws, if you check the photos I just used the important ones. Edit: Just added revisited plate and top case, the plate corrects the switch fitting of the thumb switch. The top corrects the fitting of the thumb key. Also added a plate and a top compatible with the encoder (I haven't one so the meassures are aproximate) Edit 2: I reinforced the top case thumb pieces. Added models for the Elite C as the usb C is wider than previous versions. Final edit: Just finished assembling my own case to replace the prototype version, the part between the thumb and the keyboard is a bit fragile but good enough, as it don't need to be strong, just stay in place. The button works fine and the adjutsment with the keys too. Quite happy to finally see it finished. I uploaded some photos, as a cuorisity the deskmat design is mine too. Important, I also corrected the measurement of the insert, it uses 3mm long insert, not 4mm; I thing that shouldn't be a problem is you have 4mm long ones as it would melt the plastic. Hope you enjoy it.
