We're talking about Lil Lantern, who's been around since the old bed sheet days of Halloween. That old bed sheet has seen better days with mobile optimization coming into play - it's time for a serious retopo. As for the lights, we don't want to rotate them; if anyone knows how to lock them in place, let us know.
