I designed this simple yet elegant frame for effortless setup and visually appealing purposes. You have two design options available: one size for a 3-inch propeller and another size for a 5-inch propeller, allowing you to easily transition between the two sizes. Each arm weighs 6 grams (for the 3-inch prop) or 8 grams (for the 5-inch prop). The rigidity of this entire concept is achieved through the PCB on which the arms are secured. This results in a very lightweight yet incredibly strong quadcopter. Be cautious not to engage in high-speed flights, as they may cause damage to the PCB during a crash. Ensure that you utilize a 40mm x 40mm PCB, as the arms are specifically designed to fit this type of board. Setup can be customized according to your preferences; however, it is essential to use a 4in1 speed controller on a 40x40mm board, a 40x40mm flight controller, and four 1306 motors.
