Lightweight Turnigy Action Camera Case
thingiverse
Lightweight FPV case for the Turnigy Action Camera. Far lighter than the waterproof case. Unnecessary supports can be completely eliminated while printing. Use two M2.4 or M2.5 bolts to secure the back and another two to fasten the lens cover (available online at various retailers, including Home Depot). Print the top layer of the lens section in black ink to minimize reflection off the camera's lens. Obtain a small piece of clear plastic such as plexiglass or Lexan, or simply any transparent plastic you have handy. Drilling and cutting two precise holes through this piece are also essential steps. Fortunately, this design includes numerous holes providing effortless access to all of your camera's buttons and its USB charging port. Keep in mind that this specific case may cover up the SD card slot (although I had some trouble with an SD card getting lost due to a crash with my Mobius). Meanwhile, the back panel features a distinctive cut-out enabling easy viewing of the LED indicators. You can then fasten everything into place using either straps or velcro; personally, I use 3M Dual-Lock for optimal results.
