Lightweight part cooling fan assembly Tevo Tarantula

This is the ninth version of my component fan construction. I use a slightly modified version of Banholm's magnetic X-Carriage (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1829779). However, it should still be compatible with Banholm's design if you use the Tevo Tarantula's original hotend. This version has now been in use for almost four months and has not caused any problems since then. You need two radial fans and a piece of wire. I used a piece of 1.5mm² rigid wire and a bit of hot glue.
