I lightened up Eduardo Chamorro's BeanCopter V5 by about 4.5 grams with no prop guards attached. It weighs around 4.13g with a 50% infill and 4.01g with a 30% infill. This design works perfectly well with 6mm motors. I decided to leave the prop guards on during printing, then cut them off afterward. They provide extra grip and stability to the object while it's still on the print bed. You can check out the original BeanCopter v5 design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1504643.
