A unique feature is the conic locking assembly at the closed end, which hasn't been seen before in other designs; it utilizes custom parts integrated within the standard conic locking ring assemblies. Seals are derived from Merkel catalogues, including S-8 Compact Seal, KB and SB Guide Rings, OMK-MR 01 Omegat Wiper PU-6. The design features a pressure capacity of 1MPa, with a rod diameter of 22mm and a bore diameter of 50mm. However, this is not an industrially accurate calculation; it's more about showcasing weight reduction strategies for inspiration.
