Create multiple hinge leaves using an 8-32 screw as the connector for light-duty applications like cardboard constructions or carpentry work. By using longer pintles, attach additional hinge leaves to form a customized length hinge. A two-leaf hinge requires a 1.5-inch bolt while a three-leaf hinge needs a 2.5-inch bolt. Note that the orientation of the STL file may cause a minor aesthetic overhang issue, but it doesn't affect the structure. Each hinge leaf measures 20mm in height, around 27mm in width, has a 5mm diameter hole along its length and a 4mm diameter hole on one side. The leaves can be printed using a MakerBot printer.
