Lightweight Head for Sapphire Pro v0.4

thingiverse

Lightweight head for Sapphire Pro. Approximately 40 grams lighter than the original. Secured at two points (the original secured only at the back), significantly reducing hotend vibration. Compared to the reference model, this one boasts improved durability; its hotend remains stationary even when turning at high speeds. The cooling guides used in this design were taken from https://www.thingiverse.com/thingoors005816. The mount was crafted from scratch using FreeCAD. The source file is included within the archive for modifications if needed. Print this model from heat-resistant materials such as PET or ABS, with a recommended fill density of 90-100%. Printing should be done in the position shown in the Cura screenshot. Support material (10-15%) will be required. Fans are integrated natively into the design. However, users will need to acquire separate screws for attaching this model to their carriage. Important note: This model has been printed only once and is not thoroughly tested! P.S. I'm a new contributor to 3D printing models; it's possible that I may have overlooked certain nuances in my design.
