Lightweight BambuLab X1/P1 Poop Chute
prusaprinters
Tired to print almost half a kilo of plastic for a box? This is the answer! :)At the moment this IS the most lightweight (in both weight and printing time) poop chute I am aware about. The walls are thin - 1.2mm in order to be perfectly printed with 0.4 or 0.6 nozzle. However it's strong enough for it's purpose.Main characteristics:Total print time: 3h13' (normal mode)Total weight: about 177g(PLA)No supports neededUpdate:V1.1:If space around printer is a concern, 3 more variants were added:Chute sm left: 30mm narrower on left sideChute sm bach: 40mm narrower on the back side. Since the original spool location is on the back of the printer, only real benefits are for those using AMS or any kind of spool relocationChute small Bogo: 30x40mm smaller on back and left directions. Also the most efficient in material/print times departments.V1.2:lateral tab that slides underneath the printer was hollowed (less material) and moved so it touches the rear left leg of the printer. This makes it more stable in case of accidental bumping.a small tab was attached to the support leg and it slides from the back of the printer (tight fit) making it even more stable.Printing tips:material: any non flexiblelayer height: 0.2mm (can be higher but I didn't want to jeopardies the overhangs)supports: not neededtop / bottom layers: 3 / 4perimeters: 3 (for .6 nozzle will only be 2)infill: ≥ 15%speeds: whatever your printer is comfortable with.Any feedback is highly appreciated.Happy printing! I like beer but also need coffee in the morning. Here is the link ;) : https://www.buymeacoffee.com/BogoRin
