Lightspeed, Zulu 3 controller mount

I've tried the Lightspeed Zulu 3 mounts available on Thingiverse and found they all have a weakness, the controller clip strength. The lack of strength was primarily due to the printing the mount in one piece with the controller clips built up in layers. The design you see here is built in three pieces; 2 controller clips and a baseplate into which the clips snap in place. Should you want additional strength, the clips could be glued to provide strength beyond the snap clip. I've also included 2 different bases, the one shown in the picture is the Window Edge Baseplate that was designed to fit my 1966 Piper Cherokee (PA28-180). The other clip is a simple, small baseplate. I have not printed the small baseplate, so please let me know if there are any dimensional issues, but given the fusion 360 design order there shouldn't be. When printing, I suggest printing in the default orientation when the part is downloaded. Also, I suggest using a fine (0.16mm) layer height for the clips and a fast (0.32mm) layer height for the base with a 25% baseplate fill and 100% clip fill. That is what I used and the parts seem very strong, with good snap when mating the parts. Lastly, I printed using a Flame Retardant PETG filament (sorry I don't remember the brand) which doesn't have a real good finish. It's sort of a matte white. Given the heat in the cabin, I would suggest utilizing PETG at minimum or perhaps ABS, if your printer supports it.
