LightsaberOS Electronics Component Box

LightsaberOS Electronics Component Box

I designed this enclosure specifically to cradle my Electronics for my Pipe Lightsaber. It securely holds three essential components: the Arduino Nano, DFPLayer Mini, and MPU-6050 Accelerometer. These critical parts reside within the Tray, while their Pins protrude and are soldered from beneath. The Tray then fits snugly into the Base, allowing wires for the LED's, button switches, speaker, and battery to exit through each end. (Note: I intentionally omitted holes for the wires in my initial print, but they have been added to the files available here.) The Lid snaps perfectly into place, enclosing everything within. This enclosure will fit comfortably inside a 32mm diameter pipe. The top pins of the Arduino must be either removed or a hole created in your software if you intend to use this enclosure successfully.
