This is a remix of BbrnKyl's take on sirmakesalot's awesome models. Why should I print this? You'll want to print this because it's designed for use on multi-color capable printers like Prusa's MMU or Mosaic. You can still print without multiple colors, but you might as well be printing BbrnKyl's model instead. If you're looking to really challenge your multi-color setup and create a great-looking lightsaber with minimal post-printing work, this is the perfect choice. Plus, if you're like me and value convenience, you'll appreciate this design. Why is this a thing? I had to recreate many of the original models from scratch due to file errors and size issues. The originals were incredibly detailed but also generated some problems. I figured it was a good opportunity to break down different parts and make them color-printable while I was at it. I attempted to print this design with my MMU 1.0 on Prusa, but the machine struggled to handle it. Now that I'm waiting for my MMU 2.0 upgrade to arrive, I'll be trying again soon. For now, consider this a work in progress until I can confirm its success. Enjoy!
