I really appreciate the straightforward design of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4019833 created by packetrider_8532. Unfortunately, this simple aesthetic didn't quite translate to my Saberforge sabers. Specifically, the holes for the screws were not deep enough, causing the covertech wheels to come into contact with them. Furthermore, I found that the standard covertech wheels on my sabers had a very loose fit. To address these issues, I decided to deepen the screw holes by 2.5mm and reduce the back gap by 2mm to achieve a more secure connection.
