I remixed the lightsaber template into the Graflex original lightsaber! I printed the blades and button in translucent blue PETG from Novamaker. The upper and lower bodies, as well as the button mount, were printed in silk silver PLA. Meanwhile, the splines and thread adapter were printed in carbon fiber PLA. I made the thread adapter a separate piece to allow for printing without supports and to use a stronger material if needed. I printed the button with a .8mm nozzle using vase mode. It was tricky with PETG, but using the cooling fan helped a lot! The blades were also printed in vase mode with the .8mm nozzle and line width set to .85. You may need to adjust this setting as the smallest blade either shrunk or was undersized and slipped right through the second blade. I simply used a heat gun to warm up the end of the second blade and rolled it onto the smaller blade to reduce its size slightly. You'll need to print eight splines for the base piece. I just superglued them on.
