I have just printed the model and found that the inner cylinders are slightly oversized to link up with the three sections. To correct this, a quick fix can be made with some post-processing adjustments. I've created a lightsaber design in TinkerCad, drawing inspiration from Saber Forge's "Fury" model for the blade guard, but incorporating my own original elements throughout. My creation is inspired by Star Wars, but it doesn't belong to any specific Jedi character. There are two versions available: one in parts and another as a complete saber. If your printer can't accommodate large prints, you can simply print the version broken down into smaller pieces. You'll notice small cylindrical supports during assembly, which are designed for structural reinforcement when the lightsaber is printed out and assembled. Each cylinder is intended to align with matching holes in each section. Using some glue, fit the cylinders into the corresponding holes and voila – your saber takes shape! I've also left space in the upper piece of the design for potential light source integration. If you can find a way to attach a blade or make adjustments, please do let me know! I'd be more than happy to assist with remixing or accommodating additional blade attachments as needed.
