Lightsaber Legends (Elana Vev) with Internals

This is a character I created, Elana Vev. She's an Old Republic Jedi Master. I designed this lightsaber with a unique curved double-sided design. Each section is broken up into three parts that come together when assembled. I used a pin inside the hinge for each piece to ensure a secure connection. The emitter is designed to accommodate two interchangeable sockets, one for compressing a blade and another as a placeholder for when the blade isn't in. This model is set up for vertical prints, requiring a 0.4 nozzle or smaller to capture the modulation circuit details. To assemble it, you'll need to drill out the hinge area for inserting a cut-off hinge that provides functionality. When put together, the parts should clip into place in the hot dog direction and slide smoothly along the skyscraper direction. Character Description: Elana Vev 1030 BBY A thousand years before Darth Vader's rise to power, thousands of Jedi and Sith clashed on the planet Ruusan for control of the galaxy. The forces involved left an indelible scar on the planet in the Force forever. Elana Vev was a fierce Jedi Master on the front lines of combat, holding off the ancient enemy of the Jedi alongside her Padawan, Nabeb. Together, they pushed back wave after wave of Sith troopers and Dark Lords of the Sith. Nabeb was strong and skilled, but against the growing darkness in the Sith, he fell. Elana, as Jedi Master, failed to protect her Padawan. Overwhelmed and outnumbered, she picked up her fallen Padawan's lightsaber and let the Force flow through her body, creating a swathe of purple and blue light that pushed back the darkness. Though victorious, Elana did not feel triumphant. The war on Ruusan ended with the Sith's Thought bomb, which killed the last of the Sith and some of the Jedi. Elana was far enough from the bomb to survive, but she sensed a strong dark presence in the Force had survived. The Jedi Council dismissed her warnings about a surviving Sith, labeling them as creating panic within the Republic. They removed her from the order due to fear that even one Sith survivor would spark chaos throughout the galaxy. Upon leaving the Order, Elana took it upon herself to track down and destroy dark side users at places like the Night Sisters on Dathomir, powerful dark side sorceresses, and the Shadow Academy on Umbara, deadly assassins who used the dark side as a cloak to hide in plain sight.
