Lightsaber (Hilt Only)

A custom light saber hilt. All Solidworks parts are now ready to be modified at will. I highly recommend filling the hilt with sand, then sealing it with the emitter portion. The colors used were Silk PLA Copper and Black. Print the inserts (Hilt I1-8) and Hilt 3 at high quality due to their small size requiring precision for accurate fitting. The Hilt can be printed at medium quality, while the stand should be printed low to medium as they don't demand the same level of precision. To assemble, print Hilt 1 vertically (emitter side down), with no supports required. Then, print Hilt 2 vertically (emitter side up) also without supports. Next, print three copies of Hilt 3 flat, with no supports needed. Print one each of Hilt I1-3 flat (convex out) with supports in place. Follow this by printing one copy of Hilt I4 vertical, again with no supports required. After that, print three copies of Hilt I5 vertical, still without any supports. Then, print one copy of Hilt I6 vertical, once more with no supports necessary. Proceed to print four copies of Hilt I7 flat, and similarly, four copies of Hilt I8 flat. Finally, print one copy of the Button vertically, again with no supports required.
