Revised version after printing my first design. The hilt is now 31mm in diameter and length is approx 280mm. Detachable hilt design; top section can fit 24.5mm (1”) diameter blade(with screw holes to secure). Bottom section can fit anything with a 20mm diameter.UPDATE 10/18/23: fixed some things for ease of printing on the top half, file has been replaced.UPDATE 10/20/23: added new models that are 38mm diameter for bigger handed folk. hole on the bottom is now 30mmUPDATE 11/2/23: more printer friendly only supports needed is on the bottom of each part
