I designed this custom lightsaber for cosplay con season this year. Its entire length measures about 11.5 inches, making it easy to grasp and comfortable in the hand. This model is split into three print parts: top, shaft, and pommel. I chose this design to ensure superior print quality. Vent holes and grip holes printed perfectly on my MendelMax 3D printer last month using a .2mm thickness setting.
