Lightsaber Chassis
thingiverse
I combined the following Thingiverse projects into one superior chassis:\ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2786738 \https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2847497 I have not yet printed/tested this in action so I can't guarantee it works, but I'm putting it in the faith of Thingiverse creators. The changes I made other than sandwiching the two together are creating channels for wires to pass and a slot at the bottom that should fit speakers 30mm or less in diameter. It is meant to fit the following: - Arduino Nano (control) - Dfplayer (sound) - MPU-6050 (accelerometer) - 18650 (battery) - tp4056 protection/charging board - UPDATE: I added a slot for MT3608 voltage step up, oops! UPDATE 2: I overhauled the chassis, making holes bigger, overall structure stronger, and a little better looking. I also added an option for either an 18650 battery case or a 3D printed one. UPDATE 3: You thought the last update was huge? Well, this one is even bigger. It's way easier to clean up now with the split chassis design that you connect with pegs, thicker walls, and an even stronger overall build. As a bonus to the split design, there are way fewer supports needed, and it prints even faster. Cable management is also much cleaner. Choose between saberChassis_Case or saberChassis_noCase and then combine it with saberChassis_Back and print 2 pegs. Note: Once I get a successful version done, I will post pictures of it having worked.
