Here are two remastered versions of my original lightsaber design (Lightsaber 1). Note that the detachable parts have been omitted; you'll need to dissect these models (likely using Netfabb) to achieve your desired specifications. The first design features an inner core to boost structural integrity, while the second iteration requires more expertise and precision printing.
