A Picard-style Star Trek light switch cover can be made using zthrall's Rounded Lightswitch Cover design found at thingiverse.com/thing:53554. For instructions on how to add a nice font to Tinkercad, follow the link provided in MakerHome's Day 30 feature (http://makerhome.blogspot.com/2013/09/day-30-engage-lightswitch.html). However, note that this design may not fit many US light switches; check out wrynftw's remix for a potential alternative.
