This is a spherical light source designed as an add-on for the "RLW Lightpainting Tool Adapter Kit". It can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3016474. When used in conjunction with Hole_16mm_Tool_Cap_40mm_V2.STL from the adapter kit and a flash cap connector, it provides a spherical light source for your flashlight. To print this design successfully, use the following settings: 0% infill, two perimeter shells, and two layers on both top and bottom. If everything goes according to plan, you should end up with a hollow sphere that has a flat wall towards the flashlight, effectively diffusing the light.
