This mold is specifically designed for molding iPhone and iPad lightning connectors. To achieve high-quality results, I use a hot glue gun to create this connector. With a nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm, I'm able to achieve exceptional quality with a layer thickness of just 0.1 mm. You might even consider using an incredibly thin layer of 0.05 mm for even better quality. Additionally, I utilize hydro polymer in the molding process. To ensure smooth release and easy removal of the connector from the mold, I lubricate the form with motor oil or Vaseline before pouring in the hot glue. After allowing it to set for 30 minutes, I carefully open the mold to reveal a perfectly formed connector. Mold Number Two is designed specifically for molding the largest cables. If you appreciate my work and would like to show your gratitude, a simple dollar donation (or more) would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I'm unable to accept PayPal payments, but I can provide you with the card number if you're willing to support me in this way - it's just a reality of life in Ukraine.
