This pack includes 25 distinct pieces of lightning with no UV mapping required. All necessary materials are included. Lightning is a natural phenomenon where two electrically charged regions in the atmosphere or ground momentarily balance each other out, resulting in an instantaneous release of up to one gigajoule of energy. This process produces a broad spectrum of electromagnetic radiation, ranging from extremely hot plasma generated by rapid electron movement to vibrant flashes of visible light through black-body radiation. The shockwave produced by lightning creates thunder, which is the sound that occurs as gases surrounding the discharge experience a sudden surge in pressure. Lightning frequently occurs during thunderstorms and other intense weather systems, but it can also be triggered by volcanic eruptions, resulting in what's known as volcanic lightning.
