The attached PDF thoroughly explains the circuit, and the coil is indeed included, although it's not visible in the picture. The enclosure is designed to be press-fit, making it effortless to swap out the 9V battery while ensuring a secure seal. This unit operates remarkably well and may even pick up on ghost activity. I discovered an intriguing feature: I can easily detect if someone has a powered-up cellphone in their possession by observing if the device blinks when waved past a pocket or purse. However, it's unable to detect phones that are fully powered down.
