Lightning Action 26mm Wheel +0 offset
thingiverse
I personally crafted these rugged and long-lasting wheels. They're built to withstand heavy use and are incredibly resilient. I've yet to put them through their paces, as they're still in the prototype phase, so proceed with caution. To create these wheels, I relied on my trusty FDM 3D printer, employing the following settings: Material: High-quality nylon filament, 1.75mm diameter, 1kg weight Temperature: A precise 250°C for the extruder and 60°C for the bed Print speed: A moderate 40mm/s to ensure optimal layer adhesion Infill percentage: A dense 100% to guarantee maximum strength and stability Layer height: An ultra-fine 0.1mm to achieve a smooth, even finish Support type: Minimalist design with supports only touching the build plate One thing to keep in mind is that white nylon tends to absorb stains quite easily, so I've reserved it for showcasing on shelf queen displays. These wheels are specifically designed to fit any 12mm hex hub found on 1:10 scale rc cars, such as the Tamiya TRF419X or other on-road/touring cars with a 12mm hub setup. As an added bonus, they feature a perfectly centered 0 (zero) offset. Enjoy these wheels and stay tuned for more exciting updates!
