This basic umbrella mount, designed for a 5/16" shaft, comes with an adjustable 2 1/4" light fixture mount that attaches to a standard 1 5/8" tripod base. Notably, it lacks angle adjustments since these are provided by the tripod itself. Ideal for budget-conscious users planning handheld shots without a tripod, it features a flat-printing base offset from the superstructure, though this may cause some rear bevel issues when printing. Both the lamp and umbrella interfaces can be tightened using 1/4" and 3/16" bolts for optimal fitment. Additionally, it does not require a raft for flat prints.
