I print objects with a solid density of 20% to save time, wrapped around four structural perimeters that provide stability and prevent warping. The holes I create are precisely sized to accept 1-inch PVC tubing snugly. Additionally, the screw holes in my light mounts fit 8/32-inch screws perfectly, paired with wingnuts for a secure connection. While not the most aesthetically pleasing design, this configuration is simple, functional, and remarkably resilient.
