The proposed design maintains a humble footprint of 450 square feet, incorporating carefully placed glass accents that invite abundant natural light and captivating ocean views. Inside, each living space will be expertly laid out to maximize function and aesthetics, showcasing reclaimed wood flooring and stylish Shaker-style cabinets that perfectly blend form and function. We aim for a soothing coastal ambiance by embracing soft hues, such as muted blues and creamy whites. To foster social connection and warmth within the dwelling's private spaces, carefully placed seating areas encourage relaxed conversations with the serene surroundings.
