Lighted R3 Nozzle Fan for MK3 or similar

I got the idea originally from a Thingiverse project that embedded LED light into the nozzle fan. The link to that project is here, but it's based on the R1/R2 nozzle fan design while my version uses the newer R3 parts. To add some extra flair, I'm using 5mm LEDs on either side or both of the nozzle fan, which are carefully oriented to shine their light directly into the center of the duct.
