Lighted Christmas Star

Lighted Christmas Star

After searching the internet for a Christmas Star tree topper with color LEDs without any luck, I decided to design my own. The model is one half of a shell that can hold some LED lights. I used Wondershop multicolor LED dewdrop lights 30 count from Target. The lights only consume 150mA. I removed the controller and battery box and replaced it with a small DC/DC converter set for 3.0V output. The converter is powered with a very small 9VDC wall plug. Drill the holes on one side only to 2mm for a 2mm screw.

This object was made in Tinkercad.
